Step 1.  Connect poles B-B and  A-A to the limited-stop then tighten the plastic bolt. Do this same stepto pole C-D

Step 2. Insert pole A-C into the top of the base vertically then tighten insert the screw through the bottom and tighten.

Step 3. Slide poles A-B and C-D through the horizontal pole pockets located on the top and bottom of the banner. 

Step 4. Secure the horizontal poles (A-B & C-D) to the vertical poles using the wing-nut screws provided.
