Maintenance Info
Hand wash with mild soap and water only
Clean the head and feet from inside with a steamer
Do not use bleach
Allow to air dry (do not use dryer)
Brush any long hair with a brush
Allow costume to completely dry before storage

How to clean a mascot costume?
After each use we recommend cleaning the head of the mascot with water an mild detergent. (from the inside). For stains we recommend using a wet cloth and stain remover (just make sure it does not contain bleach). We also recommend a deeper clean every few months as needed. For the deep clean we would advise to clean the head and feet from the inside following the instructions above. We would also recommend washing the clothing by hand and avoid using excessive hear. Always allow your costume to fully air dry and never put your costume in the dryer.
What is the production time for a custom mascot costume?
We offer two production times for you to chose from. Our standard production time takes 8-12 weeks for production from the time your design is approved. We also offer a Rush production that would have your costume delivered in roughly 2-3 weeks
How long will my mascot costume last?
The life of a mascot costume can last for many years, if taken care of properly. Please review our maintenance manual for instructions on how to properly care for your mascot costume.
How much does a mascot costume weight?
The weight of a mascot costume can range from 8=25lbs depending on the complexity and materials used.
What materials are used for a mascot costume?
We use a wide range of fabric, depending on what the design calls for. For many animals or creatures we will use long hair or plush materials.
