FAQ
What material do we use for our rectangle banner flags?
All our flags are made with durable, knitted polyester. Our predesigned options are available in 115g polyester and custom flags are available in 110g material. This material is UV-resistant and rated for wind speeds up to 25 mph. The material is also weather-resistant, but we recommend not displaying our flags outdoors on rainy or snowy days to extend their lifespan.
Our flag products meet B1, M2, BS 5852, NFPA 701, and FZ/T 62011 fire resistance standards. You can count on all LookOurWay products to be durable and remain effective throughout their lifespans.
What is the difference between the ground-spike and x-stand pole set?
The X-Stand Pole set is used for areas with hard solid flat surfaces, while our ground-spike pole set can be put in soil (the ground).
What is the water bag used for?
The water bag is used to secure flags with the cross base or x-stand pole set. This is recommended for customers where wind may be an issue.

Bright and A Great Attention Getter
Love this flag. It is very bright and an amazing attention getter. The base that I bought with it (includes a pvc blow up that you put water or sand in) does not hold down the flag in our winds through. I had to get some safety cone bases (2) and that did the trick. Otherwise it's great!

Product hands down are good quality very nicely done time will tell what sun will do to them they are supposed to be fade proof so I'm curious to see all in all both the flags and blue up guy are awesome. Only reason for the 4 star was the billing was very confusing for a price from online and phone calls then received them and got another shopping invoice for less than I was quoted and had charges due extra pieces that I didn't order so I guess I got extra stuff but was still confusing the girl was very nice to call and explain but didn't really make sence to me. Other thing is if you want to save money this way it won't work my savings went to customs $400 to receive it so make sure to factor this into your purchase unfortunatly it works out slightly cheeper in Canada witch I was surprised to see. Maybe if you don't want something custom like I got Amazon with free shipping might be better. Any way ask on ask a good company to deal with very helpful don't hesitate to call you if there's an issue witch is nice. Thank you Just watch out for dutie and taxes at customs if your from Canada, real burn!!
