Warranty Info
All L.O.W. brand Flag Hardware is covered by our 1 year, limited warranty (from the date of purchase). Warranty only covers L.O.W. considered product defect. L.O.W. reserves the final right to grant warranty approval. Cases will not be approved for misuse, neglect or user error. Approved warranty cases will be issued a replacement unit. Please see our Warranty Claim Page to file a claim.
