Our Policy
Returns for Non-Custom Products
Unused non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in original packaging and unused condition.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items
Once the return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
Order Issues or Defects
If there is a concern with printing quality, hardware, or delivery, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order.
Reporting issues promptly allows our team to review and resolve them as quickly as possible.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will work with you to repair or remake the affected product.
