We used it for the first time this past weekend and it worked fine. My only concern is that the pole slides in and doesn't seem to be as secure as you would want, so a gust of wind doesn't lift it out (also the poles themselves are a slip fit to each other, and don't lock in or have a friction fit). We didn't have high winds to test it, so it's more of a potential concern.
