1. New customers will receive an email titled “Customer Account Activation” 
2. Follow the instructions in the account activation email to complete the setup 
3. You’ll receive an email when your design is completed
4. Login to your account to review the mockup and request revisions (if needed)

*If you are a returning customer, you should already have an account setup and can ignore steps 1 & 2.
