Customer AI Art Policy
When submitting a design request or placing an order based on AI-generated artwork, you accept the following risks and responsibilities:

Ownership & Intellectual Property Risks
You may not legally own AI-generated images. AI artwork can accidentally copy copyrighted art, logos, brands, or characters. Customers are fully responsible for the rights and legality of submitted artwork. -
No Guarantee of Printability or Manufacturability
AI images are often unrealistic or physically impossible. Some AI-generated concepts cannot be reproduced accurately in the real world. -
AI Images Are Not the Same as 3D Models
AI-generated designs frequently require manual redesign or correction before printing or manufacturing. A picture that “looks 3D” is not the same as a real 3D model or production file.
Right to Refuse or Modify Orders
LookOurWay reserves the right to:
- Refuse any artwork that presents legal or production concerns
- Request proof of ownership or licensing
- Require modifications to artwork for manufacturability
- Decline projects that cannot be reproduced accurately or safely
- Cancel orders involving potential copyright or trademark infringement
Limitation of Liability
Customers accept full responsibility for all submitted artwork and agree to indemnify and hold harmless LookOurWay from any claims, damages, disputes, or legal actions arising from submitted content.
We do not guarantee:
- Copyright eligibility
- Commercial ownership rights
- Manufacturability of AI-generated concept
- Accuracy between AI-rendered images and final physical products
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting artwork or placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy in full.
