Warranty Info
All L.O.W. Custom Umbrellas are covered by our 6-Month limited warranty & All L.O.W. Umbrella Hardware is covered by our 1-Year limited warranty. The L.O.W. warranty covers against workman defects (from the date of purchase). Warranty only covers L.O.W. considered product defect. L.O.W. reserves the final right to grant warranty approval. User is responsible for all warranty return shipping. Cases will not be approved for misuse, neglect, water damage or user error. Approved warranty cases will be issued a replacement unit.
